MOAT is an acronym that stands for MuniLink Online Agenda Tool. It is an application that runs on an Internet platform that allows authenticated users to create agendas for committee meetings online, and to rapidly and automatically distribute those agendas to committee members via the MuniLink web site. MOAT will allow authenticated users to create a standard agenda template that can be modified as required, as well as allowing attachments to be included with the agenda in a web-standard PDF format. Most importantly, these attachments will then be collated with the final agenda, allowing any users to download a compiled agenda from the MuniLink web site with a single click.
